Ford Plans to Redesign the Mustang

At Paul Clark Ford we enjoy watching the Ford Mustang cruise down the streets of Yulee, FL. This model's timeless appearance and powerful presence is tough to ignore.  We have a feeling that we are not only automotive enthusiasts who feel this way.

Ford has such a committed following that whatever the automaker has in store for the Mustang over the next few years is certainly going to be influential. That is the reason why Paul Clark Ford is excited to share with you the latest news. Ford has decided to revamp the Mustang for either the 2014 or 2015 model year.

How will Ford update the well-loved Mustang?  Many of you Ford fans may remember Ford's Evos concept. This concept was introduced at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year. The innovative plug-in hybrid coupe truly impressed attendees with its ultramodern appearance. If it sounds like something that's the near opposite of the current aggressively-styled Mustang, it's because it is.

Now we know what you're thinking at this point. Why go in such a drastically different direction for the design? In short, Ford wants to appeal to a younger generation with this one. Specifically, they're targeting Generation Y consumers (those born between 1980 and 1999).

Either way, we're looking forward to seeing what the future holds for the Ford Mustang. And we know that in the end, it will boast the same edgy performance that it always has, no matter what it looks like on the outside. Still more interested in the current Mustang? Then stop by our dealership today for a test drive. We are conveniently located at 464046 State Rd 200 in Yulee, FL today.
